Booking Terms & ConditionsLLP “Samga Travel” provides tourist services under a public offer agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By booking or paying for services, the Client:

• accepts all terms
• provides accurate personal information
• consents to personal data processing

The Company is responsible only for services included in the tour product and not for third-party actions.
Disputes are resolved through negotiations or courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
